The Rhode Island Wild Plant Society is a non-profit conservation organization with over 1,000 members and volunteers, and hundreds of education programs that provide opportunities for the public to learn about Rhode Island’s native plants and habitat.
• Responsibilities included day-to-day management of over 200 volunteers, 800 members; development of education programs and events; editing of all publications and website; maintenance of the office and equipment; oversight of annual budget; organization of all fundraising initiatives; marketing and community relations; and maintaining a presence in the community.
